Uranyl silicates with formula MII(HSiUO6)2·6H2O (MII=Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn) were investigated in aqueous solutions in the pH range of 0÷14. The pH interval was established where compounds preserve their composition and structure. It varies in the pH range of (3.5–4.0)÷(10.8–11.4) and depends on MII type. Out of this pH interval investigated uranyl silicates convert to the compounds of other composition and structure, such as amorphous silica, polyuranates and hydroxides of 3d-transition elements. The solubility of MII(HSiUO6)2·6H2O was determined, it’s value changes on the several orders of magnitude from 10?6 M in subalkali solutions to 10?3 M in acid and strongly alkaline media. Using obtained experimental data the solubility products and solubility curves of uranyl silicates were calculated by mathematical modeling. Also the speciation diagrams of uranium (VI), silicon (IV) and M (II) in solutions and solids were plotted.  相似文献

The application of appropriate electric fields to cells and tissues, termed electroporation, can result in efficient and safe gene transfer. We have shown previously that this approach results in high level gene transfer to and expression in the vasculature of living animals. This paper presents the results of an electric field distribution study of a rat mesenteric vasculature model using the Finite-Element Time-Domain (FETD) technique. A novelty of this work is the use of Debye dispersive dielectric parameters, as the electrical response of biological tissues is inherently frequency-dependent. The results compare fairly well with experimental findings.  相似文献

The kinetics of ignition in stoichiometric CnH2n+2:O2:Ar mixtures with 90% dilution for n = 1-5 has been studied experimentally and numerically under the action of a high-voltage nanosecond discharge. It was shown that the initiation of the discharge by a high-voltage pulse 115 kV in amplitude with a specific deposited energy of 10-30 mJ/cm3 leads to more than an order of magnitude decrease in the ignition delay time. The generation of atoms, radicals and excited and charged particles by the discharge was numerically described. The role of different atoms and radicals (O, H and CnH2n+1) was analyzed. The temporal evolution of the densities of intermediate components in the plasma assisted ignition was discussed.  相似文献

This paper describes a novel synthetic approach to 2-cyano-3-trifluoromethylthiophenes fused with cyclobutene rings with variable spiro conjunctions. The reaction of substituted 1-bromo-2-trifluoroacetylcyclobutenes with mercaptoacetonitrile results in the substitution of bromine with S-center to afford the corresponding nitriles in high yields, which form the target thiophenes by subsequent treatment of lithium 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidide and acetic anhydride.  相似文献

A facile synthetic approach to 5-arylamino-4-(5-nitrofuran- 2-yl)pyrimidines by the Buchwald–Hartwig cross-coupling with various anilines has been developed. All synthesized compounds demonstrated a significant level of in vitro antibacterial activity against Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Streptococcus pyogene and Staphylococcus aureus, including their drug-resistant strains, which is much higher than that of the commercial drug Spectinomycin.  相似文献
